I had such a grand time at Isalis today! My first time in and WHAT a delight!! such fabulous pieces - some brands i haven’t seen anywhere else! Beautiful AJ was extremely helpful showing me around the store and picking out a gift for my beautiful mom. Can’t recommend enough! I’ll definitely be back soon!

I’ve been to different locations of this store and had good experiences but i felt compelled to write something because bothered me and would make me not want to shop here if I read this review I was just browsing for a few minutes while waiting for an appointment down the block and there was a customer who tried something on and said “I’m gonna think about it and come back later with my friend” or something like that and thanked the employees for their help. When she left the employees immediately started talking badly about customers who say they’re gonna think about it or come back. Laughing at people who spend a long time browsing. Also complained about people who try stuff on multiple times. Soooo basically normal shopping habits? They were going on and on to the point where it made me leave the store. I was shocked they would be talking so poorly about customers while multiple people were browsing the store. This store is expensive for many people. It’s completely normal to think about a purchase or want to try something on multiple times. Feels like these employees are privileged and out of touch. They should not be working in customer service IMO or at least not be so unaware that they’d be talking badly about customers…in front of customers 🤨 This store sells overpriced mass produced items. I bought a bracelet years ago that was around $100 and broke within a week. There’s definitely some cute/nice quality things there, but bad customer service and items you could buy at any random boutique…I’ll skip in the future. Lots of nice boutiques on union id rather support

This is my go to shop in the city! Always new items in and they have a perfectly curated sense of style. Madi found me the jeans I needed (that I didn’t even see) Just so much FUN!! A must stop

Disappointed with my recent online order. The shipping bag was flimsy and arrived ripped. Inside, the dress was covered in dust and lint, and the brand tag had been detached and manually tied back on.

I normally don’t write reviews, but the employees here are so nice, helpful and made me feel so catered to that I had to! I shopped with Steph and she kept bringing all these awesome items it was literally like I was in the make over scene of a movie. I will say some of the items are on the pricier side, but since they source from a variety of brands, a lot of it is super reasonable too! You just kinda gotta find your thing but there’s something for everyone!

Best store on Union for the girls!! Constantly getting new items in. Love that they have their own affordable label but also a tonnnn of online brands you can’t find anywhere else in SF. Kennedy is the best :) love that she texts me if they get certain sizes in that i was looking for!
